Custom fine carpentry, from our own workshop
Our own workshop, not an outside supplier. That means the piece is adjusted to the building during construction, not after, and a change in dimension does not open a negotiation with a third party.
ArquiVal runs its own fine carpentry workshop and builds kitchens, closets, headboards, panelling, doors and built-in furniture to measure for its projects in Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta. Because the workshop is in-house, pieces are adjusted to real site dimensions at the moment of installation.
Why an in-house workshop matters
On site, no dimension comes out exactly as drawn. When carpentry comes from an outside supplier, every two-centimetre discrepancy turns into an argument about responsibility and weeks of waiting. With an in-house workshop the adjustment happens the same day, and whoever made the error absorbs it.

Timber in a coastal climate
Humidity and salt work against timber every day here. We specify species and sealing according to where the piece will live: an air-conditioned interior closet is not the same as a screen ten metres from the ocean. Outdoors and semi-outdoors we use stable species and UV-protected finishes, and we always state the maintenance they will need.

Can I hire carpentry on its own?
Yes. Carpentry can be contracted as a standalone service, with an on-site survey and a shop drawing approved before fabrication.
How long does a custom kitchen take?
Six to ten weeks from shop-drawing approval, depending on volume and finish. It is usually the longest-lead item in a remodel.
