ArquiVal executes complete plumbing and electrical installation, reinforced concrete cisterns, pump rooms and pressure systems in Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta. Every installation is tested on site before walls and slabs are closed, and the actual routing is documented for future maintenance.

Tested before closing

Every plumbing installation is pressure-tested and every electrical installation is verified circuit by circuit before a single wall is closed. It sounds elementary and it is exactly the step that gets skipped when a project is rushed. Closing a wall over an untested installation is betting the finish.

Do you work on existing houses?

Yes, both full replacement and targeted repair. In houses without drawings we start by tracing the existing routing before proposing scope and price.

How big should a cistern be?

It is sized by number of occupants, expected use and how reliable the municipal supply is in that area. Where cuts are frequent it pays to oversize: building a large cistern is cheaper than enlarging one later.
