Cistern, pump room, service house and padel court on an occupied property.
Nuevo Vallarta, 2020 and 2021. The largest exterior works project in the portfolio, executed in phases in collaboration with Hibryd: demolition and construction of the service house, a cistern, a pump room with its plumbing and finishes, and a full padel court.
A padel court is an uncommon capability among builders in the region. It involved platform earthworks, foundations, specialist sports-surface subcontracting, tempered glass, structure and turf.
All of it was executed on an occupied property, in phases, coordinating access and hours so the house stayed in use.
